Big hype, little substance

The staff were friendly and made a long day at work feel lighter. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was less than pleasant, with an irritated attendant and cleanliness issues in the room. The noise levels from adjacent areas made it difficult to enjoy my stay fully.

The hotel staff were incredible, always welcoming and even funny. I appreciated how they made us feel at home after a long day at work. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions, which made our stay enjoyable.

Inconsistent housekeeping services!!! Poor management response to complaints!!! The noise from adjacent rooms made it hard to relax, not to mention the ambiguous staff communication that left me scratching my head!!!

the hotel had a few nice things, but really, who charges for breakfast these days? it’s absurd. also, i honestly expected a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience of paying so much just to stay in a regular room, unfourtunately. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t when i saw that golf was the only nearby option.

The pool area was perfect for my granddaughter. she loved splashing around while I enjoyed the nice lounge area nearby. We also had fun checking out the nearby Topgolf. the interactive games made for great family bonding!

My stay at ac hotel was fantastic! The room was bright and spacious with a lovely bathroom. The easy check-in process and friendly staff exceeded my expectations compared to my previous stay in beachwood.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the excellent gym facilities, trendy lobby decor, and nearby shopping options. My stay felt great after a long workday.

The room was bright, well-lit, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Loved the convenient free parking. The amenities surpassed my expectations.

Free wi-fi worked great, but the fitness center was cramped with limited equipment.

I was greeted by lethargic staff who couldn't care less about my stay. Breakfast was a nightmare, with a rude waitress berating me for touching a croissant with my hands.

It wasn’t cheap but felt like a budget motel experience.
